5th National Naturopathy Day was celebrated at World peace Dome,MIT University,Loni, Pune,Maharashtra
5th National Naturopathy Day was celebrated at World peace Dome,MIT University,Loni, Pune,Maharashtra from 16th to 20th November organized by National Institute of Naturopathy Pune and Central Council for Research in Yoga and Naturopathy,New Delhi . Different Colleges from all over India took part in the Mega event which was also graced by our Central Minister Ramdas Athawale.
48 Students and 3 Faculties from Swamy Vivekanandha Naturopathy and Yoga Medical College Salem participated in National sports, Fine arts competitions, Cultural Fest and International conference on Naturopathy,with our student Ms.Thivedha of BNYS FIRST year winning prize in Javelin throw.It was also attended by the Principal as an Invited Chairperson. A stall for the public was also set up from our college.Students also visited National Institute of Naturopathy Pune and Kaivalyadhama Yoga Institute and Research centre ,Lonawala.
- Inauguration day – Inauguration ceremony has been conducted for 1st batch of SVNYMC (2020 -2026) with the presence of our Honorable Chairman and Chief Guest Address was given by Dr. Sugin Herbert ( Medical Officer, Kanyakumari) dated on 22nd February 2021.
- Women’s day celebration – Women’s Day Celebration was celebrated on March 8, 2021. Events like Speech, essay writing competition and Yoga dance has been conducted.
- Mega Naturopathy camp - Mega Naturopathy camp was conducted in association with NIN dated on 23rd March 2021. Health talks regarding Naturopathy and Yoga were given by the Naturopathy Doctors. Free consultation was done to the patients who had attended the camp. Naturopathic food was provided to all who had attended the camp.
- Conducting Webinars on commemorating 7th International yoga Day.
- Free Virtual Yoga classes were conducted from 11th June 2021 to 20th June 2021.
